Not eligible for refund:

  • Delivered orders and orders that were not collected within a reasonable time.

Eligible for refund:

  • Orders that we fail to deliver within a reasonable time.
  • Payments that we have not been able to verify per our internal security protocol within three days of purchase as permitted by the payment processor.

Please note that it may take up to five business days for the refund to appear as a credit on your account.
